It's very calm this morning as little Antoine goes out into the garden. Snow has covered the trees and paths. The woodland animals haven't set foot outside, otherwise their tracks would have been preserved in the snow. Only a familiar robin came to greet the little boy. It perched a few steps away and looked longingly at his woolen hat, which would make a cozy nest for the winter.

Tout est très calme ce matin quand petit Antoine sort au jardin. La neige a recouvert les arbres et les chemins. Les animaux des bois n'ont pas mis la patte dehors sinon la neige aurait gardé leurs empreintes. Seul un rouge-gorge familier est venu saluer le petit garçon. Il s'est posé à quelques pas de lui et regarde avec envie son bonnet de laine qui ferait un nid douillet pour passer l'hiver.
